Adapt the conference hall to the number of people taking part in the conference.
One of the key factors when searching for the right location is the number of people taking part in your conference. That's the first question that the hotel will ask us when we call them or e-mail them, because the more guests on the list, the higher the cost of the event. And to meet all the business standards of late, we need to plan everything very carefullly.
Depending on whether you're going to organise a conference for 50, 300 or even 500 people, you'll be looking for a different hall. Alright, smaller events can take place in a whole range of various hotels, restaurants or co-working spaces and finding them is no challange, provided that you do it in advance, like two weeks earlier. But if you want to invite 200, 300 or 500 guests, things get complicated. In such case, even a few months may be too little time to find the right place (or any at all).
